Return policy

Please read our returns carefully before purchasing.

All our pieces are made-to-order and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@alix-london.com. We cannot refund or replace any items that have been worn or altered by a third party.

Returning faulty items

Please get in touch via info@alix-london.com for the return address. For faulty items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including tags, and must be in the same condition as at delivery. We maintain the right to refuse return of items that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7 days for processing your refund.
