SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This shipping and delivery policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

For customers in the UK using our alterations service, we recommend in-store pickup. Customers typically take their dress with them at the end of their final fitting.

If for any reason this is not possible, we offer complimentary next day shipping within the UK through one of courier partners. 

We also deliver outside the UK according to local rates. Please note customs duties may be chargeable on your shipment. Please check with your local authority as these vary by country. If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to non payment of fees, your shipment may be destroyed. In the event it is returned to us we will not be able to provide a refund.

IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED

If for any reason delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
